The Answers You Need

WHICH AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

We service the Ottawa and surrounding areas including – Orleans, Greely, Gloucester, Downtown, The Glebe, Nepean, and Kanata. Unfortunately we do not service Quebec.

ARE YOU INSURED?

Yes, we carry General Liability and Workers Compensation. This will cover accidental damages and if any cleaner is hurt during your services.

DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE SUPPLIES?

No! You are not required to provide cleaning supplies.
For residential we come with cleaning products and a mop. You are required to provide a corded vacuum in good working order.
For commercial and move-in/out jobs, we come with a vacuum.

AM I ALLOWED TO BE PRESENT DURING MY CLEAN?

No.
We do not allow our clients to be present during their clean. This makes our job easier and gives you better value for your money. Plus, there's no better feeling than leaving a dirty house and arriving back to a wonderfully clean one!

IS THERE A MINIMUM BOOKING TIME?

Commercial:

Yes. Our minimum booking time for commercial cleaning is 2 hours.


Residential:

Yes. Our minimum booking time for residential cleaning is 3 hours.

WILL I ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME CLEANER?

A consistent, quality clean is a priority for us, so we will always do our best to make sure you have the same cleaner.

ARE BACKGROUND CHECKS PERFORMED ON ALL EMPLOYEES?

Yes. Each employee undergoes extensive screening to ensure that you feel comfortable with your cleaner!

ARE YOU PET FRIENDLY?

Yes! We will be happy to clean with your pets at home. If they are unfriendly, we do ask that you secure them while your cleaner is present. Please be aware that some pets will act differently when their owner is not present.

DO YOU USE ECO-FRIENDLY PRODUCTS?

We use a mix of eco-friendly and regular cleaning products to ensure that you get the best possible clean!
We also have fully eco-friendly, or scent free options available. For more information on the products that we use, please contact us.

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

Commercial:

On the first day of each month, an invoice will be sent to you via email. You have 15 days to pay it. We accept MasterCard, VISA, E-Transfer and mailed registered cheque.


Residential:

After your service is completed, you will be sent an invoice via email. You will have 15 days, or until your next service to pay your bill. We accept MasterCard, VISA and E-Transfer.

DO YOU OFFER RECEIPTS?

Yes, receipts are issued for all services.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?

Commercial:

Yes. Our contracts are month-to-month, 6, 12 or 24 months. For current sign-on bonuses, please Contact Us!


Residential:

No. You are not required to sign a contract.

DO YOU HAVE A REFERRAL PROGRAM?

Yes, we do! We know that word of mouth is the best way to gain clients! Existing clients can refer first-time clients and you both receive money off your next service. Referees will receive $15 off their next scheduled service and referrals will receive $10 towards their first service with us (minimum 3 hours). Please contact us for further details.
